The first floor is in a U-shape with French doors leading to a grand courtyard. Courtyard boasts two 10 person couches with a 4' gas fire pit in the middle, four tier fountain and offers spectacular city light views. Also offers doors to an enormous deck on the other side with more incredible views. Each wing ends with a full bath and bedroom. The West wing has a sauna and gym/treadmill. The East wing offers two full baths and a master bedroom with huge walk-in closet.
