Positive: We loved the location! Very easy to get to the Main Street, bike rentals, and other kids’ activities…the swimming pool was the biggest attraction for our two little munchkins. Also, we loved working with the management of the property. All of the people whom we have contacted were very helpful and knowledgeable. In addition, they were all extremely nice and compassionate. One day, we locked ourselves out of the townhome. When I called the office it took them only a few minutes to get to us and open the door. Thank you. You guys are awesome!!!

Negative: The townhome was not very well cleaned when we arrived. Having two little kids who like playing on the floor, I had to find a vacuum cleaner (very old and complicated in use) and the mop to make it more to our likening. That was the only complaint that I really have.

Summary: Our grandchildren thought that this was the best vacation ever!
