Summary: Pets fine. Housekeeping great. Some of the front staff needs to learn how to speak with their upfront paying customers, treat them how they would love to be treated. Being an executive house keeper, I visit different hotels to check out how the hotel is run and how their staff is treating their customers. I do not let the hotels know this because I want to see exactly how it is going to go. The motel is very clean and the housekeeper does a great job. Some of the frontend staff or owners is a totally different story. The intimadation is ridiculous. This is my second review and thought this time it would be better as far as the attitude. The motel is great again, but their attitudes will lose customers if they do not change.
