Located on the lake's private and pristine East side, and finished and furnished with teak furniture from Bali, the main house is a 5,000 square foot Mediterranean style home (white stucco, blue tile roof, bamboo floors) which overlooks the beach with its Great Room and 6 glorious bedrooms (2 of which are private casitas),5.5 custom baths, two kitchens, massive decks, and a separate beach pavilion with another full kitchen, 8-person jacuzzi, and 70 foot picnic deck. The tile, granite, and inlaid floors lend a continuous touch of luxury and design.
A great lawn connects the house to the beach, to a private pier and floating dock, and to the three gorgeous beach cabanas or bungalows with two additional baths adjacent to the Beach Pavilion which contains another full kitchen, situated right on the beach and and featuring an 80 foot deck for dining and sun bathing along with a private dock where you can tie up your boat for day use. A slip in the walking-distance marina makes boating a simple and natural part of the experience.
This is the ideal location for family reunions, corporate retreats, scrap booking weekends, executive meetings, ladies clubs, book clubs, gourmet dinner groups, and private get aways.....but primarily this is a place for family gatherings and reunions...and for the recharging of the soul.
And you can get the entire compound for only 20,000 per week. All reservations are Saturday to Saturday.
