You’re sure to love this bright two bedroom, three bath condo that looks out on to the Fraser River. The kitchen has plenty of counterspace with granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, and everything you’ll need to make meal. Located off the kitchen is full bathroom. You’ll love sitting in front of the fireplace looking out the large windows into the forest or enjoying a morning cup of coffee from your private deck. The living room has a sleeper sofa if needed.
Also on this main floor is the primary suite. It has a queen bed, in-unit washer and dryer, plenty of closet space, TV and en-suite bath. In kitchen area there's a second full bathroom. Downstairs you’ll find the family room with a seating area, TV, and twin over full bunk bed. There is also a full bathroom with separate large tub – perfect for soaking in at the end of the day.
This property uses the Triple Sheet Method where we use two sheets to encase the comforter. This sheet-made duvet cover gets washed between each and every guest to provide an extra clean sleeping experience.
This property has one reserved parking space in the shared driveway. Additional parking can be found on the property. The communal hot tub is located right across the street.

The resort shuttle will drop you off right in the middle of the resort base village which includes the lifts for skiing/boarding/mountain biking, snow tubing, hiking, ice skating, shopping, dining, scheduled entertainment, and other attractions including several summer activities. The swimming pool and gym are just 3.8 miles away at the Grand Park Rec Center with multiple swimming pools, a waterslide, full gym with indoor track, huge rock-climbing wall, gymnasium, and children's playground. The Foundry is next door to the Rec Center with a bowling alley, movie theater and brick oven pizza bar. Safeway grocery store is 5.4 miles away in the town of Fraser
