More than just a place to sleep. Above the clouds at 9300 ft, we have 40 private acres of marked trails. There is plenty of space to spread out with 4 bedrooms and 2 large baths, unlimited hot water and unlimited firewood for the fire pit. It is private and secluded. Enjoy the huge patio with grill, hot tub, fire pit, and pergola with seating for all. The kids will enjoy our playground with a tree deck equipped with a fireman's pole and a beanbag launcher, jungle gym, swings, hammock and slide.
Your 4 bedroom rental home is the ground level of a 2 unit property. The upstairs unit is occasionally used by the owner's family, but they enjoy their own private patio, and have a separate driveway, parking and entrance on the opposite side of the house. All amenities in the listing are for the sole use of the lower level renters. If you have a large group, inquire about a future full house rental!
