Our vacation rental homes come with a starter kit of essentials, including toilet paper, paper towels, laundry and dish detergents, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, Kleenex, cleaning supplies, trash bags (for kitchen and bathroom), and all towels and linens. Relax and enjoy – we’ve got you covered!

Guests of Summit Sky Ranch Rentals have access to a variety of Summit Sky Ranch amenities including the private hiking trails, private fishing waters, the Aspen House, and our Lake House. The Aspen House amenities include: an outdoor heated pool, two hot tubs, a fitness center, a wellness room, a Ping-Pong table, a community gathering area with local tap beer and wine available, and an outdoor fire pit complete with roasting sticks. The Lake House amenities include a fire pit, two grills, and two hot tubs nestled right on the spring-fed Lake Everist, perfect for fishing, kayaking, and stand-up paddle boarding.
