Our bright and enchanting home is newly remodeled with all of the modern luxuries you could think of! Designer furnishings and upscale finishes allow you to enjoy the forest and mountains without sacrificing style and luxury comforts. The chalet is located on the east side of Breckenridge, near Baldy Mountain. We are one mile from Main Street and the ski resort gondola.
We are pleased to supply our guests with a variety of essentials to elevate the comfort and value of our home. The property comes stocked with a generous supply of paper products (toilet paper, paper towels, facial tissues), bathroom toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, bar soap, hand soap, daily shower cleaner, designated make up towels), kitchen products (a variety of cleaning supplies, sponges, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, trash bags), and complimentary locally roasted coffee.
When you step inside the chalet, you will find a beautifully appointed living area with floor to ceiling windows, a wood burning fireplace, and comfortable seating for the whole family. The open concept living/dining area is a wonderful space for entertaining and spending time together as a family. With ample windows throughout the house, you can watch the snow fall among the pines and peaks from any room of the house. During the summer months, the west facing windows are painted with the colors of the sun setting behind the Ten Mile mountain range.
The upgraded kitchen features high-end appliances and is fully stocked with everything you could possibly need to cook meals for the entire family.
Additionally, the main level of the house includes two bedrooms and one full bathroom. The shared bathroom features a large walk-in shower.

Bedroom 2 - Full over full bunkbed (please note that top bunk is close to ceiling)
The upper level of the house includes the primary suite and loft.
Primary suite - One king size bed, private outdoor balcony, en suite bathroom with soaking tub, walk-in shower, and two sinks
Loft - Two twin size beds, large tv, and dedicated workspace/desk. The loft can also be used as an additional living area to read a book, watch a movie, socialize, or as a play area for the kids
The exterior of the chalet features a huge wraparound deck that offers views of the mountain peaks and surrounding forest. During the summer months, the deck is furnished with plenty of cozy furniture for R&R and basking in the fresh mountain air. The deck also features a BBQ grill and outdoor dining space. Just beyond the deck, you will find the brand new 8 person hot tub nestled among the tall pines in the backyard of the chalet. There is no better way to end a day on the slopes or trails than with a soak to rejuvenate your body and soul for tomorrow's adventures!
