First floor open floor plan includes fully equipped kitchen with gas range, dining table
and conversation area. Dining room opens to covered patio with comfortable seating, gas grill, outdoor dining table, outdoor blinds and garden filled with local specimens.
Beyond the butler pantry is a media room with a 60" flat screen TV and additional seating. Powder room, laundry and home gym with treadmill, elliptical, rowing machine, free weights and yoga gear all located on first floor, as well.
Master bedroom on second floor has a new King bed and en suite with deep standalone bath, walk-in shower, double vanities, and separate water closet. Outdoor sectional sofa on covered private patio is located just outside the bedroom.
Second bedroom has a queen bed, desk, sitting area and en suite with a walk-in shower and separate water closet.
Third bedroom has a queen bed, 30" TV and double closets. There is a double vanity bathroom with shower/tub combo in the hallway for guests staying in this room. All bedrooms are spacious and will accommodate two people without issue.
