We love to exceed our guests expectations and we're always looking for ways to go above and beyond! We live in this home with our family of four half the year so we've put extra effort into making it comfortable and livable.~~
This mountain home is designed to be the perfect base for a family ski trip to the Vail Valley. We're located in Eagle-Vail (Avon, technically) just minutes from Vail or Beaver Creek.
This is our home and we started from the ground up as we furnished it. Every room has been freshly furnished in a midcentury-modern/scandinavian style. We've built the place out to be perfectly set up for a ski vacation or family gathering!
LIVING AREAS
The space is 2,385 square feet with high vaulted ceilings very cool wood accents, giving the main level an airy modern mountain feel. Cozy luxury elements like the brand new sofas, soft pillows and a toasty gas fireplace make it perfect for those cold mountain evenings.
Sit and enjoy bottle of wine by the fireplace or read in any one of the sunny sitting areas. Plenty of space for kids and adults to be enjoying themselves without being on top of each other.
65" LCD is connected to an Apple TV for you to log in and stream through any of the popular services. HD cable channels including ESPN to catch the game. The living room is Alexa enabled so you'll have great control over the lighting and music.
KITCHEN & DINING ROOM
We love cooking and entertaining, so the chef's kitchen is furnished with everything you could want to make a meal. High-end pots and pans, professional grade Henkels knives and cutlery, ample cutting boards and all the other little things.. Whether you're cooking a full roast turkey dinner or throwing together an easy pasta mea, You can do it here. Stainless gas range offers great control and ease of use. We keep the pantry well stocked with all the the essentials as well as common spices and items. There is a small Alexa hub for quick measuring conversions or just a little cooking music while you chef it up.
The dining room features a new luxury dining table and chairs (plus a bench which is great for kids) to comfortably seat 10. We have a toddler ourselves so we make a high chair available. Storage buffet to the side houses place-mats, serving plates and platters. This space is all about relaxed evenings with friends and family.
BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS
Our four story home sleeps up to 10 guests between the four bedrooms and sleeper sofa. We also offer two fold-up mattress pads that can serve for putting a couple kids on the floor in any bedroom or for an additional guest in a pinch.
The roomy top floor master bedroom futures a brand new luxury king bed (medium plush), large closets, and an en-suite bathroom with a huge jetted tub and a stand alone shower and dual vanities.
The bright and airy second master bedroom on the middle floor also features a brand new king bed (hybrid mattress, firmer). Freshly remodeled en-suite bathroom has a huge soaking tub, heated floors, and modern tile and decor.
On the same floor, a separate landing holds the brand new queen sleeper sofa with luxury bedding. Perfect for two adults or children.
The lower floor has two additional bedrooms, both featuring new queen beds. Cozy and private, these rooms are full sized. One room has a 40" LCD TV with streaming device and is perfect for kids.

DECK & OUTDOOR AREAS
~~NEW FOR 2022, BRAND NEW FULL SIZE HOT TUB!!!~~
This home features an enormous wrap around deck. We've jut installed a brand new Hot Springs hot tub. With 60 jets, seating for 5 and weekly maintenance, the hot tub will be the ideal place to relax tired skiing muscles and hang out with the family.
Winter guests will find a patio table with seating for six and just outside the dining room's double wide doors, a brand new piped in gas grill is available year round.
Stairs access the wooded backyard and direct access to our great little pocket park. This is the best spot every to build a snowman!
WORK SPACES
Of course we have WIFI access, but the mesh system we use is blazing fast in all of the rooms. The second master bedroom has a little office attached with two desks.
MORE DETAILS & THE LITTLE EXTRA THINGS
For non-skiers, we have three pairs of snowshoes and poles available. There is also pond within walking distance that neighborhood kids skate and play hockey on if you want to bring or rent skates.
THE LOCATION
The home is located in a great golf course neighborhood right between Vail and Beaver Creek. 4 miles to the Beav and 7 miles to Vail Village, you can easily ski both mountains.
We're also about 5 minutes from the Avon Recreation Center, which offers a great pool for both lap swimming and playing with the kids, excellent gym, hot tubs, sauna and yoga. We offer discounted punch cards to guests if you request it.
