Close to everything, just off the Peak to Peak Hwy 119 but it feels secluded. Walking distance to the liquor store and Roy's Last Shot Saloon. Enjoy time on the deck around the fire table and cook your favorite meals on the grill. Mountain bike or hike at one of the many nearby trails or State Parks. Eldora ski resort is 20 minutes away. Great river fishing spots in nearby Rollinsville or Golden Gate Canyon State Park. Nederland is just 7 miles away where you can get groceries, dine, shop and enjoy pizza, ice cream or cocktails. Historic Gambling towns, Black Hawk and Central City are less than 20 minutes away in the other direction. Loveland, Summit County, Boulder, Idaho Springs and Estes Park are also very close.
