The space
Please abide by state gathering rules. Any questions please message host. Retreats and company events are totally fine. Baby showers , birthday events, and so on are ok as well, we are just trying to prevent house parties as they typically cause damage to the house.
Our home includes a extremely large deck area with seating around our propane fire pit, patio furniture set and grill. Outdoor space includes a trampoline and a picnic area . We are on 40 acres and have Forrest all around the west side of home. Come watch the neighboring horses frolic and play ( Horseback riding & petting available message host for details ). Your personal horses or other livestock are welcome on the fenced in property, message host for fees and details. You will have majestic sunsets, amazing views of the stars. Come relax in our full size DRY sauna :) Upstairs gaming area has a television with Netflix and amazon prime. Ping pong table , air hockey, foosball thanks, and indoor basketball game all located upstairs. . Walks in forest maybe possible message host for details.
Please note:
-No PETS inside home, there will be an addition $250 cleaning fee per any unauthorized animal in the home plus addition fee of damages.
-NO SHOES in home, there will be a $250 additional cleaning fee.
-sauna is DRY, no water.
-barn/rv port are off limits. (East side of driveway)
-as weather changes into our majestic winter we do recommend 4 wheel drive although 2 wheel drive usually does just fine.
-WiFi source is satellite and during peak times speeds decrease. That country lifestyle :) come and unplug from the world and enjoy your friends and family without distractions :)
-As the moisture levels change mud may also be an obstacle so definitely recommend appropriate shoe wear :)

We try to be responsible with our energy and we ask please turn off lights when not using :) we have LED LIGHTS in 99% of the home and we produce 80% to 100% of our own electricity from our solar panels :)
