The Arkansas river is within walking distance for Fly Fishing and rafting. Boat launches are close and property has enough space to park you trailer. Enjoy the 360 great views of Sangre de cristo & Collegiate peaks from the 2nd story covered deck and every window in the home. Side yard can be gate locked to store bikes/skis/kayaks, etc. The home is brand new so please take good care of the space. Master bedroom includes a SmartTv as well.
