- As stated in the listing, this home is sectioned into two entirely separate living areas that we offer as one unit. Upstairs is a 2 bed, 2 bath home and downstairs is a 2 bed, 1 bath home. There is NO INTERNAL ACCESS between these units, you will need to go outside and walk along a concrete staircase to access the other unit.
- This space has a STRICT NO SMOKING policy. If smoking is detected at the property after your stay, you will lose your entire deposit.
- We require the home to be cleaned every 14 days during a stay, a service that is included in your booking payment up to 29 nights. If you have booked for 30+ nights, an additional payment will be requested after your booking is confirmed to cover this service.
