Escape to this spacious 5-bedroom, 3-bathroom home nestled in the breathtaking mountain town of Grand Lake. Perfect for families or groups, this retreat offers stunning views of the surrounding peaks and all the comforts of home.
Inside, you'll enter through the basement level be greeted by an inviting, game room and bar space designed for relaxation and entertainment. Equipped with a pool table, shuffleboard, darts, and a smart TV ensuring endless fun for everyone. The first bedroom and bathroom can also be found on this level featuring a queen over queen bunkbed and fully updated bathroom with shower.
Up the stairs, the main level of the home offers an open concept kitchen, dining and living space to come together after the day's adventures. There are two additional bedrooms situated on either side of the main level bathroom that offer a queen bed and king bed respectively. Each equipped with TV's and promises of a restful night's sleep. There are two additional bedrooms up the stairs with another full bathroom. The bedroom to the left of the stairs offers a queen bed and the 5th bedroom is a bunkroom!

Although the main roads are usually plowed well, many residential areas require traversing steep hills on dirt roads that are not as maintained. Keep in mind that chain and traction laws for non-commercial vehicles can be put into effect at any time. We do not advise driving Berthoud Pass in a front-wheel drive vehicle unless you a comfortable putting chains on yourself. Weather and driving conditions may change rapidly. We will not accommodate refund related to weather or road conditions, please plan accordingly.
