Our 3 bedroom/2.5 bathroom townhome is furnished with rustic high quality furnishing including a gourmet kitchen with stainless steel appliances with seating for 8 in the dining room. This exceptional property features an open floor plan and cathedral ceilings along. The townhome also features TVs in the main living space, loft and Master Bedroom, a mud room, 3 car garage, laundry room, hardwood floors and slate tile in the kitchen and bathrooms. A shuffleboard table was recently added to the Loft and the views of the Engineer Mountain from the Main Living Space and balcony are breathtaking.

2nd Bedroom - Queen and TV (Upstairs-3rd floor)

Please note, due to HOA regulations, this unit, and all of the units at Cascade Village, are NOT pet friendly.
Cascade Village is less than 2 miles north of Purgatory Resort, 26 miles (less than 30 minutes) north of Durango and 25 miles south of Silverton (less than 30 minutes). Free on-site amenities at Cascade Village including an indoor heated pool, sauna, outdoor/indoor hot tubs, pool table, outdoor tennis court, ski rental shop (with discounts) and a ski shuttle to Purgatory.
All of the Cascade Village units are equipped with reliable Fiber Optic internet service with an average internet speed of up to 50 Mbps and guests can stream their favorite movies and TV shows on their preferred provider (e.g. Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime) using the smart TVs in the unit. With fast and reliable fiber optic WIFI, guests can stream on multiple devices. Cable TV is not available in any units at Cascade Village.
Book at least a week and a 10% discount is automatically applied (Excludes Christmas/New Years).

Cancellation Policy: A non-refundable payment of $300 is required at the time of booking. This $300 payment is applied toward the total amount due and is only refundable within 72 hours of the time of the booking is made. If your arrival date is within 30 days of booking, payment in full is required at the time of booking. Cancellations or changes to stay dates, including changes that result in a shortened stay, are not permitted within 30 days of arrival, and any such changes will result in a penalty. Cancellations or changes that are made within thirty (30) days of the arrival date, forfeit the entire reservation amount while cancellations made more than thirty (30) days in advance of your arrival only forfeit the $300 payment made at the time of booking. For reservations that are at least thirty (30) nights, the cancellation policy above increases to sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date. We do offer travel insurance.
