Pets: This home welcomes a maximum of two pets (dogs only). Size and breed restrictions apply. All pet arrangements must be coordinated with our office in advance and approved in writing, and a non-refundable pet fee will be assessed.
Linens & Starter Supplies: All bed, bath, kitchen, and beach linens for the maximum number of guests are provided. We also include a starter supply of hand soap, dish soap, a sponge, trash bags, 2-4 rolls of toilet paper, and 1 paper towel roll. Guests are responsible for additional supplies and personal toiletries.
Extra Sleeping: To accommodate the maximum occupancy, one twin trifold floor mat, best suited for children, is provided. Twin rollaway beds can be rented instead of the mat by making advance arrangements with our office.
Laundry: Free stacked washer and dryer facilities are located inside the unit. Guests must provide their own laundry supplies.
Parking: Two carport spaces are provided and accommodate most vehicles, with access via the rear alley. Additional metered and unmetered street parking is also available throughout the neighborhood.
Recreation Gear Rentals: Additional beach gear or recreational equipment is available for rent from Beachview Rentals at very reasonable rates. Large ice chests, wagons, Pack' N Play portable cribs, portable high chairs, twin rollaway beds, and more are available. Contact us for more information.
