Welcome to The Westerly at Pine Meadows hosted by InvitedHome. From the towering wall of windows, cozy gas fireplace, and carefully crafted woodwork throughout to the soaring ceilings and open floor plan of the main living space, you’ll have plenty of room to roam. With 4 bedrooms and 4.5 baths spanning three spacious floors, you and your guests can still enjoy some privacy when it’s time to get some rest in the evening. And rest you will, as three of those bedrooms are essentially master bedrooms, complete with mounted flatscreen TVs and en-suite baths with either a jetted soaking tub or walk-in shower (and sometimes both). The final bedroom contains two twins, and of course, its own en-suite and flatscreen TV. So, fuel up for the day at the breakfast bar, and attack the day with reckless abandon and own the mountainside. Not only are you close to the Village core, but you also have ski-in/out access to the excellent beginner trail of Meadows Run. So you can easily bring the whole family with you. Just be sure you get back to The Westerly at Pine Meadows before sunset because nothing will beat your very own westerly views.

WHAT TO KNOW
- Everyone in your group must be over 25 or accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
- The maximum occupancy is 10 people.
- The maximum number of cars at the property is 2.
- The garage is pretty narrow, so be careful when parking.
- Guest Bedroom 3 will be setup as 2 twin beds unless otherwise requested prior to arrival.
- During peak seasons, check-in time is 4:00 pm. There is typically a departure the same morning, and our teams are going to great lengths to make the home perfect for your 4:00 pm arrival time. Luggage storage is unavailable while the home is being readied for your arrival. We recommend making travel plans accordingly. Our Reservation Specialists are happy to offer suggestions if you arrive early.
- This home is for sale, and showings may occur during reservations. 24 hour notice will be given, if possible.
WHAT TO EXPECT AFTER BOOKING
- Confirmation will be sent via email after booking.
- If arrival date is more than 110 days prior to booking, half of the grand total is due upon booking and the remaining balance is due 110 days prior to arrival.

Summary: Great location and furnishings were updated and nice. Nice setup with 3 levels, 2 bedrooms upstairs and 2 bedrooms downstairs. Very small outdoor patio which you can’t really see in the photos. No air conditioning which made it warm in the bedrooms at night, even with windows open in the summer. Wish it had more of a yard or area outside to enjoy. Beautiful property though and a lovely stay!
