The space:
The space is excellent for a weekend getaway of staycation, visiting the Denver-Metro area, or having a comfortable place to land after a day in the mountains. Park in the driveway, carport, or on the street itself and walk to your private suite entrance with a coded keypad to come and go when it is convenient for you. It is set up as an comfortable home offering the living room/movie theater space with TV and streaming services. (Access to Netflix, Hulu, HBOmax and more to come) all from our Fiber WiFi Internet of up to 940 Mbps. Coffee bar in the dining area to seat four to enjoy your coffee/tea/cocoa in the morning. A comfortable Queen size bed found in each bedroom, and an updated bathroom with a walk-in shower with amenities in case you forgot something.
Guest access
You will have access to the entire home. As you walk in to the home you will be in the first living room near the kitchen and dining area upstairs. On this floor is also the board game room, 2nd living room (with a hide-a-bed!) and the two main bedrooms. The two additional bedrooms, restroom, laundry room, and movie theater are all downstairs. You have access to the carport as well for your vehicle should you choose to use it.
