The Chalet boasts approximately 4,000 square feet of space, featuring four bedrooms, 4.5 baths, and accommodations for up to 12 guests. Every window and each of the spacious decks offer breathtaking views of the Needle Mountain Range, which rises to over 14,000 feet. The back of the house faces the awe-inspiring Hermosa Cliffs, with the magnificent Castle Rock soaring almost 2,000 feet above the Chalet. Whether you're gazing out from the master bedroom, main living room, loft living room, dining room, or front deck, the ever-changing and dramatic vistas are a sight to behold. The Chalet's interior is equally impressive, featuring a large living and dining area, a professional-grade kitchen, and a dining room that comfortably seats guests with an ample supply of dishes. The decks are equipped with cozy seating and patio heaters, perfect for unwinding after a day on the slopes in the hot tub with a view of the Hermosa Cliffs. For your convenience, the Chalet provides garage space for one vehicle, along with additional covered parking for larger parties. Wireless internet access is available throughout the house, and the phone service includes unlimited long-distance calling within the USA. During the winter months, the heated floors and central heating, equipped with an air cleaner and humidifier, ensure a comfortable stay. In the rare event of a power outage, a backup generator automatically activates to maintain a warm and cozy atmosphere for guests. An elevator is provided with access from the garage to the main floor.
