This beautiful home has a wonderfully private and well landscaped front yard, featuring a furnished front patio overlooking a waterfall and koi pond. The front patio has an awning to keep you cooler in the summer and a fire pit to keep you warm on cool evenings. This property has multiple TVs and Roku as well as Xfinity. Each of the bedrooms have their own television. The space is the main house. The basement has a totally separate apartment where our grandson lives. The front yard and patio are yours to enjoy during your stay.
We are just a few blocks from several restaurants and shops. The Lafayette rec center is just a block away with a pool, skateboard park and full gym, as well as racquetball courts. Hiking, biking trails and the trail to the dog park can be accessed at the end of the block. In Lafayette town center, you will find Festival Park where they have concerts and a splash pad for the kids to stay cool on hot days. Waneka lake has paddle boats that can be rented between Memorial Day and Labor Day. The park at the lake also features walking trails and picnic areas. Twin Peaks Golf Course is jus a few minutes away.
We are close to Boulder and public transportation. The Highway is close by to allow you to get to the mountains or Denver. The airport is a half hour drive on the tollway.
