This exquisite Adobe style house is the main home on Silver Mountain Ranch. This property offers complete privacy and has beautiful views of the ranch and the La Plata Mountains!
Enjoy the beautiful sunrise and sunset on one of our two covered patios. There are trails throughout the 300+ acre ranch for hiking and horseback riding.
The 4 bedroom 4 bathroom home features 3 master suites, has a gourmet kitchen with a large island that seats 8, wood flooring and granite countertops. The back yard includes a wood burning fireplace, a gas fire pit and hot tub overlooking the mountains. If you are a horse owner and wish to bring your horse, we have stalls (additional charge), riding trails and an outdoor arena. There is a large indoor arena (additional charge) next door at Spring Hollow Ranch. (We do NOT provide horses.)
~We are 25 minutes from Durango and Mesa Verde.
~If you are a skier, we are 60 minutes from Purgatory Ski Resort and 90 minutes from Telluride Ski Resort.
~There are excellent trials for hiking and horseback riding in the National Forest near Mancos, Hesperus and Durango.
~Lake Nighthorse is 30 minutes away for swimming, paddle boarding, fishing and boating.
