The Layout:
Tucked away with a view of the mountains, this condo's woodsy decor is set up perfectly for a retreat. After a long day on the mountain, guests can wash off in the walk-in shower and store leftovers from Spruce Saddle (or another of our great local eateries) in the mini-fridge. The mounted flatscreen TV will make it easy to relax after a long day on the slopes while stretching out on a luxurious bed!

The resort at Beaver Creek boasts 3,000 feet of vertical drop for an exhilarating ride, 150 trails, and some of the best tree-skiing terrain that Colorado has to offer. Beaver Creek Village truly is a winter wonderland where you will find an outdoor, kid-friendly ice skating rink, art galleries, and lots of shopping and dining opportunities for a wonderful aprés-ski experience. A magical, open-air sleigh ride will take you to Allie’s Cabin, where you can spend an evening enjoying outstanding wine and fine dining with your loved ones.
Summer Activities:
If you’re joining us in the summer, you’ll be treated to top-notch golf at the Beaver Creek Golf Club. Spend an afternoon on the green amid beautiful scenery, and challenge yourself on the renowned long and narrow fairway. The trails system connects the Beaver Creek, Arrowhead, and Bachelor Gulch villages to allow our guests the freedom to explore. Vilar Performing Arts Center offers live concerts, comedy, film, and dance. Alpine picnics, white water rafting, and private, guided hiking tours await intrepid summertime explorers!
Parking notes: The Borders Lodge offers one (1) parking space per condo. Parking is located in an underground lot (not heated). If you will be arriving in an oversized vehicle, please contact the front desk at 970-845-8840 prior to your arrival to arrange for parking during your stay.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”).
