Breckenridge's Peak 9 is a 6 minute drive and the gondola just 4 minutes away. Main Street is a 12 minute walk and hiking trails are accessible within a block of this beautiful mountain getaway. With its 3 master suites and a fourth master suite/bunkroom, Black Bear Haus, with a potential to sleep 12, is ideally suited for four couples or three couples and six children. (NOTE: If the number of guests staying is greater than the number contracted for when booking, there is an additional $100/guest per night fee.)
