Flush ONLY TOILET PAPER please. We are on a septic system and this is critical to the health of the system.
Colorado is a high fire risk area. No fires on the property outside of the gas fire pit, gas grill and fire place. Due to this risk we also do not provide candles and ask that guests refrain from using candles on the property.
No smoking or vaping.
No marijuana products of any kind due to the potent odor of this product in all forms. *a minimum $250 additional cleaning fee will be applied when there is evidence of smoking/vaping/marijuana use.
No parties- Please do not book this property if you intend to host a big party.
