Welcome to Lone Rock Mountain Retreat! Situated on 50 acres, our 5 bedroom home features our own lake, playground, hot tub, fire pit and astounding views of Mount Rosalie and Lone Rock or catch the wildlife that is often exploring our property! High-end furnishings from Pottery Barn & West Elm along with Casper Mattresses & Pillows will make for a luxurious and comfortable stay! Entertain the entire family with 2 large living rooms, a pool table, arcade game, board games, books, and more!
The Space:
Inside:
Upon walking in you'll be greeted with an abundance of natural light and delighted by the stunning views! Our sprawling 5 bedroom, 3 full baths and 2 half baths make it comfortable for those traveling with larger groups. Each bedroom has a King Casper Mattress besides the kids guest suite which features a bunk bed with Queen mattresses. A fireplace in the main living room and primary suite add romance to those cold mountain nights! We have a fully stocked kitchen, 2 dining tables and outdoor seating when enjoying the warmer months. An upstairs and downstairs living room give you space to spread out and the pool table downstairs will offer hours of entertainment! If you're traveling with young ones, the bunk room offers playful decor, toys, and books for kids to enjoy!
Outside:
50 acres won't leave you disappointed! Our property has it's own private lake, playground and plenty of land to explore. Paddle boat, fish or kayak the lake during the summer. The lake is stocked with rainbow trout, tiger trout, largemouth bass, and bluegill for fishing enthusiasts! Enjoy your private hot tub and fire-pit off of the downstairs living room year round! Walk a trail directly from our property or sit off the living room deck and take in the magnificent views!
Guest Access:
Our entire home is available to guests. Self check-in instructions will be sent 48 hours before your stay.
Getting Around:
You will need a car with AWD year round and 4WD is recommended during winter months!

PARTIES OR EVENTS
There are no parties or events allowed at the rental.
PETS
We are a pet friendly rental. We charge a $250 non refundable pet accommodation fare during your stay. Please inquire about multiple pets, cats or a multiple month stay.
GARAGE:
Guests will not have garage access.
LAKE
Guests must supervise children at all times. Lake is closed during winter months.
NO SMOKING
There is no smoking of any kind inside of our home. This includes, vaping, cigarettes, marijuana and cigars. If you smoke outside, it is imperative that you dispose of your cigarette in an ashtray or a disposable cup with water. Colorado is a dry climate. Risk of fire is extremely high!
CHILDPROOFING
Guest understands that no special efforts have been made to “childproof” this house and accepts the risk or harm to any children/infants we allow on the property.
TRAVEL INSURANCE/CANCELLATIONS
We HIGHLY recommend buying travel insurance through your airline company, car rental company, or a travel insurance website. We cannot provide a refund for anything that falls outside of our cancellation policy and the dates that correspond with the policy. This includes date change requests as they are considered the same as cancellations (if the new requested check-in date is a later date than your original check-in date). We cannot provide a refund due to travel related issues or Covid, Please review your cancellation policy if you haven't already. This can be found under your reservation, directly through our listing, or through the website that you booked. In most cases (but not all), you have a minimum of 48 hours to cancel your reservation to receive a full refund. Many reservations may have a longer period for a full refund. Last minute bookings are typically non-refundable.
