Private 6 ppl hot tub, sauna with steam, hiking trails right from our front door 45 minutes to Pagosa Springs and 45 minutes to purgatory. We are only 11 miles to the Durango Train station. If you’re looking to take the train to Silverton this is the location less than a 15 minute drive. We are located at the southern part of Durango so it’s perfect place to start driving the million Dollar highway. 45 minutes to Mesa Verde we are centrally located to all of the sites in the southern Rocky Mountains. There are plenty of elk deer and wild turkeys. You will find so much beauty in this location, a place you will want to visit over and over. We also have locations in Arizona and California.
