We live on the property and do our best to keep noise at a minimum, but you may hear some noise from time to time. We abide by our moderate cancellation policy. Unfortunately, we do not allow pets. Please note this is a lower level suite in the basement of our home; we live on the main level of the home in a completely separate space.
