They both are sunny and bright with high cathedral ceilings and skylights, and decks with ocean views. They are charmingly decorated with summer colors and unique details. These cottages are part of a 3 unit building. The front unit, facing Kings Highway, is owner occupied. The 2 rental cottages are on the Edgewood Avenue side of the building.
