There is convenient half-bathroom on this level and just off the living room, a cozy front porch with seating is a serene spot to sip your morning coffee or bask in the fresh mountain air. A convenient half bathroom off of the kitchen rounds out the main floor.
Upstairs, you’ll find two inviting bedrooms designed for restful nights. The main bedroom features a king bed, smart TV, while the second bedroom offers two full beds and its own smart TV, providing plenty of room for everyone. In the adjoining hallway a full bathroom with a
combination shower/tub serves both bedrooms, ensuring all the comforts of home.

Winter Arrival:
Please be prepared before beginning your drive to the mountains! Four-wheel drive or all-wheel drive vehicles are highly recommended. Although the main roads are usually plowed well, many residential areas require traversing steep hills on dirt roads that are not as maintained. Keep in mind that chain and traction laws for non-commercial vehicles can be put into effect at any time. We do not advise driving Berthoud Pass in a front-wheel drive vehicle unless you a comfortable putting chains on yourself. Weather and driving conditions may change rapidly. We will not accommodate refund related to weather or road conditions, please plan accordingly.
