Two large king size bedrooms. One king bed with Casper mattress and one with Sleep number on the main floor. A 3rd bedroom with a queen bed and 2 twin beds is in the basement. Beautiful front and back yard and screened in back porch with seating and eating space. House is just 30 minutes from Boulder, 24 minutes to Lyons and 54 minutes to Estes Park. Board a brewery/winery trolley tour less than 10 minutes away and see as many of the 28 breweries and wineries in the area. There are several hiking and biking trails nearby.
This house comes furnished and is available for a 30 day rental. One dog is allowed with an additional pet fee of $150 for the month. You must scoop poop before leaving.
