Our Billabong House is a large, lovely, lakefront , home in Northern Colorado. We are centrally located, ~ 20 minutes to Old Town Fort Collins. ~ 15 minutes to mid town Loveland, ~ 30 minutes to Longmont, ~ 45 minutes to the Denver International airport, and ~ 45 minutes to Denver.
The house is approximately 5000 sq. feet with 5 bedrooms and 5 baths. There are 3 bedrooms with king size beds and 2 bedrooms with queen beds. One of the king bedrooms also has 1 twin bed. We allow up to 10 people. The lake and mountain views are awesome.
Please note that this house cannot be used for any type of event. e.g. birthday parties, weddings, rehearsal dinners, family reunions etc. Use of the house is restricted to the registered guests. Please call us if you want to include up to 4 extra people for a few hours, to share a lunch or dinner with you. These rules are so we conform with city and county rules and regs.
