This dog-friendly lake home is located just 12 miles west of Lexington and 40 minutes to downtown Columbia. It is nestled in the woods with a beautiful view of the lake from the house. It also has a big yard with plenty of room for outdoor activities, a dock, and a private hot tub.
The deck is covered with shade trees, and there is an attached screened-in porch. Wireless internet access, Ping-Pong, and a kayak are all available for your enjoyment! Additional perks include a new laundry area and an additional den.
A boat ramp (Acapulco USA) is less than a half-mile away, and the local VFW Post is also just around the corner. This home is suitable for those with limited mobility and has a ramp for ease of access into the home. There are handrails in the master bathroom, which also has a wonderful walk-in shower with body jets.
