Enjoy fishing, rowing in the canoe and kayak, or just sitting on the porch enjoying your morning coffee. This quaint cottage was originally a mobile home but has been beautifully remodeled.
There is a master king suite, a room with twin beds and a comfy sleeper sofa, so there's room for the whole family.
The kitchen is thoroughly equipped with anything you may need to cook for your family or just enjoy a complementary cup of coffee in the morning.
There is a king bed, 2 twins and a full sleeper sofa.
The master bedroom has a bathroom with a large walk-in shower. The washer and dryer are located in the corner of the oversized bedroom.
The main bathroom has a bathtub/shower combo. We haven't finished the remodeling of the bathroom yet, so the tub is dated.
The house has great wifi and internet with a large smart TV. You can use your favorite app, such as Netflix, Hulu or Amazon prime to watch your favorite shows or movies. It does not have satellite or regular stations.
There is a canoe and kayak available that you can take out on the lake. Paddles and life jackets are located in the storage building along with fishing rods and a charcoal grill. A beautiful swinging bridge crosses the lake within walking distance.
You are also welcome to fish or enjoy the fire ring. No fishing license is required.
You are welcome to bring your pets (max 3). There is not a fenced yard so pets will need to be leashed when outside.
We also have a larger house on the same lake that sleeps 8, has a game room with a pool table and a juke box, and is pet friendly with a fenced in yard. Look for the name Indian Rock Lake House.
