Upon entering, guests are welcomed by a chic and comfortable living area complete with a large smart TV and abundant seating for all.Fully stocked island kitchen with double ovens, keurig coffee maker with pods included, dining room that easily seats 8 plus. Two bedrooms with 2 full bathrooms on main floor - Bedroom #1 - King bed, seating area, large walk-in closet, walk in shower, double sinks w/smart tv in the middle, soak tub and private doors leading to outdoor living area. Bedroom #2 - Queen bed, work desk, ADA compliant walk-in shower and a private door leading to a private outdoor seating space. in addition the Main floor includes a office/work area plus full size washer and dryer.
The private second floor can be accessed through a locked staircase door and offers a game room with a smart TV, gaming device, board games, poker/game table, and a kitchenette bar w/small fridge, microwave, and coffee maker.Two bedrooms and two bathrooms - bedroom #3 - Queen size bed, smart tv, private door leading to private seating area, private bathroom, shared shower/tub combo. Bedroom #4 - "the bunk room" 7 twin sized beds (one is a fold out) each bunk includes a reading light w/usb charging port, smart tv plus a small desk. Both upper and lower patios are equipped with large smart tv's that have the ability to watch most sporting games through FUBO.
The exterior is equally impressive with ample parking (easy trailer parking on the bottom landings, seamless parking for at least10 vehicles) and a private hot/cold tub.
