This modern cottage provides you an full home (not an apartment) that's walking distance to the park, local market, and food/drink options + only a few minutes drive from awesome amenitites for all ages. Inside is a surprising amount of space with the two bedrooms being divided by the bathroom and living space walled off from the kitchen. There is laundry on-site and a small back deck to get some fresh air or do yoga. You'll have baking dishes, a wine chiller, clothes steamer, and everything your stay might need - including coffee/tea and a snack before you head out the door! Adventure awaits in North East with Lake Erie beaches and marina providing water fun as well as quaint town shops for shopping and dining and a beautiful park in the center surrounded by the gorgeous old architecture. In Erie City there is a waterfront hotspot at the bay, sandy beaches at the Penninsula, museums, a huge mall, and many opportunities for family fun. Known for it's sunsets and fruit harvesting, North East has lots of celebrations all year long on the chamber of commerce calendar and wineries galore! For those on a relaxing getaway, you're just a couple blocks from a day-spa! If your plans involve more inside time, you'll have a selection of games, puzzles, and a smart TV. This is a no-smoking and no-pets property. We do not require you to do the house laundry, you're on vacation, leave that to us. There are 3 stairs to get in each exterior door. Private driveway.
