As you enter the home, you’ll enter the living room with lots of cozy seating, a warm fireplace with soft blankets for those snowy nights, and a huge flat screen tv to view all of the latest episodes of your favorites.
The kitchen is fully equipped to cook and bake anything! We keep the home stocked with spices, baking supplies, and the basics to get your stay started. The kitchen bar seats 3, while the dining room comfortably seats 6, easily hosting dinners and gatherings.
Upstairs you’ll find the large primary suite with an incredibly comfortable bed and a private flat screen tv. The en suite bathroom had a full soaking tub, dual sinks, and a walk in shower.
The second room upstairs is stocked and ready for up to 3 guests in the twin over double bunk bed. This room is accompanied by a private desk.
The third bedroom is currently utilized as a nursery but will be remodeled into a private retreat with a queen bed and private workspace.
The beautiful loft office and the fully stocked laundry room complete the upstairs. We offer the highest speed wifi to all of our guests so you can keep connected, even while you’re away.
The basement offers an additional large bedroom, a dreamy and luxurious full sized bed, and a bathroom. In addition, you’ll find a large flex space with seating and another flat screen tv, a perfect space for the kids to play!
On the warmer days that Colorado has to offer, enjoy a stunning patio with a fully lit pergola, 2 outdoor sofas and a swinging chair. There is even a swing set in the back yard to keep everyone in your family busy!
Parking is never a problem here! With a 2 car garage and 2 parking spaces in the driveway, all of your guests are sure to grab a spot! But if not, there is additional parking on the street by open green space.
