The modern design sleeps 8 people and features an open floor plan, gas fireplace, gourmet kitchen and plenty of seating indoors and out so everyone can relax and enjoy. Even better-it’s only 5 minutes away from uptown amenities and 10 minutes from downtown experience. Traveling with pets? There are a multitude of paths and trails nearby as well as National Forest access points where you can enjoy an afternoon hiking among the pines. Two passes per day to the PLPOA Recreation Center, Pool and Gym are also included in your stay. Additional passes are available for purchase.
Whether you’re getting ready for a day of play by whipping up a cup of joe or unwinding on the deck, Sandlewood Shotski is ready to be your home away from home.
**SNOW CONDITIONS may arise during your travel days or your vacation stay. Main roads are maintained throughout the day, however, many side roads receive less attention and every driveway has a different terrain. HOUSE LAYOUT:
Located in the Pagosa Lakes District, our lovely home is the best of both worlds! Though it is only 5 minutes from uptown amenities, and 10 minutes from downtown experiences, this home is a tranquil escape in a quiet neighborhood. Upon entering the home, you'll find a modern open floor plan, flooded with warm natural light. The living room, big screen TV and fireplace are directly to the right with a new comfy sofa that converts into a queen size bed. The dining room and large, fully equipped kitchen is straight ahead, as well as a door leading to the back deck where you can relax and watch the local deer meander by. The laundry room and primary bedroom with a queen size bed and en suite bathroom are on the left side of the house. The second queen bedroom and bunk room with full size bunks, as well as a second bathroom is on the right side of the home.
