The master bedroom features a ceiling fan, closet, bedside lamps, and a plush queen bed, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The second bedroom offers a single bed and a ceiling fan for added comfort. In the third bedroom, you'll find a queen bed and a bunk bed, also equipped with a ceiling fan. The fourth bedroom provides a queen-sized bed, while the fifth bedroom offers two single beds. Our fully equipped kitchen awaits your culinary adventures, complete with cookware essentials. Relax in the spacious living room with ample seating and a 60" Smart TV, or unwind in the family room, furnished with another 60" Smart TV, ample seating, and a piano. Parking is a breeze with 3-4 spaces available in the driveway. Freshen up in the full bathroom, supplied with towels and soaps, and take advantage of the in-unit washer and dryer. Step outside to the patio, equipped with a BBQ grill, outdoor seating, and dining area, perfect for enjoying Colorado's beautiful weather. House Rules Required
Dear Valued Customer:
Due to the extreme Summer temperatures, we will be returning to our Summer schedule. Starting the week of June 3rd we will start our service routes at 5:00am which will allow us to reduce our exposure to the afternoon heat. Please make sure to have your trash cart out the night before or no later than 5:00am on your service day.

AGE REQUIREMENT: Must be at least 21 years old. We cannot accommodate guests who do not meet this age requirement unless prior approval has been granted our team before check-in.

Quiet Hours begin at 10:00pm per city ordinance. Please be courteous of the neighbors during your stay.
Wood burning fireplaces or open fires are prohibited due to safety precautions. Please review Colorado wildfire prevention tips and resources to help prevent wildfires and protect our great outdoors.
This property maintains a no-pet policy for the comfort and convenience of all our guests.

Type of Cooling for the Home
Central AC units are best kept at 68 degrees or above. Due to the lack of humidity in the area if the thermostat is lowered below 68 degrees it is possible that it can freeze the unit if it is working too hard. Unfortunately, it will take 24 hours for the unit to defrost before an HVAC specialist can service it. Our evenings are generally cool in the summertime, simply opening the windows will provide extra natural coolness.

1. Doorbell Camera on front door, Back porch and by the garage. They are operating when the house is not occupied.
This video footage is not shared and is recorded for liability reasons in the cases of a break-in, death, injury and in no way infringes upon the guests' expectations of privacy in these public areas of the property. Any attempt at disabling or obscuring the cameras is prohibited.
Reminders About the Property
-Please review the sleeping arrangements prior to booking.
-Please keep all trash secure in the bins. Do not leave any trash out overnight for your safety and the surrounding active wildlife in the city's area.
-We do not have onsite maintenance or cleaning unlike hotels but all requests will be taken care of ASAP.
