Offering a unique combination of adventure and relaxation, Sandy View sits right on the sands of Pismo State Beach near the Oceano Dunes recreation area. This property has a comfortable, modern feel but don't let the aesthetic fool you... there are hidden treasures far more ancient than you could guess.
This home has 2 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. Both bedrooms have flat screen TV's and en-suite baths. The primary bedroom has a king bed and the second bedroom has two twins. A futon in the living area provides additional sleeping arrangements for two guests. The bedrooms are down the hall between the living room and 1 car parking garage. This hallway was painstakingly hand-crafted to look and feel like sand right off the beach, it even has shells embedded in it! The living area of the great room has a big screen, flat panel TV with digital cable and DVD player. The dining table is situated between the living room and kitchen, near the fireplace, in front of a pair of French doors that look out onto the large deck, beach and ocean. The kitchen is a masterpiece that any chef or cooking hobbyist will enjoy using. All stainless steel appliances, including a dishwasher. Gas fueled range and oven. Breakfast bar that also looks out over the deck to the beach and ocean. Recycled glass countertops and custom cabinetry complete the space. The laundry closet and half bath are located just off the entry foyer through antique Philippine doors on saloon style hinges with frosted glass inlays. 1 car parking garage.
