This 600 square foot cabin in Nathrop, Colorado, can accommodate up to four guests. There is one bedroom with a double bed and a loft with a queen size futon. Guests will enjoy the private bathroom with an antique cast iron tub and shower. In the kitchen, glampers will find a refrigerator, a microwave, a popcorn popper, utensils and cookware, and a variety of other amenities. Blankets and pillows are provided, as is firewood. This unit also has a huge front deck where guests can watch nature from the comfort of their lovely accommodation. Outside there is a gas grill, a charcoal grill, and a fire pit for guests who want to cook up a delicious barbecue meal.Guests will need to bring sleeping bags or linens for the beds, towels, toilet paper, and trash bags or these can be provided for an additional fee. Guests should be sure to leave the rental the way they found it or better if possible. This is a pet forward company and the $50 cleaning fee is not for the hosts to clean up after guests and their pets it is for maintenance and upkeep of all fabrics and linens and laundry so guests should pay it forward for the next person and clean up. If guests do not clean up after themselves a fee will be charged and taken out of the depositThere is a bathhouse available for those units that do not already have a bathroom in them. Blankets and pillows are provided. It is preferred for guests to bring their own toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, as well as linens or a sleeping bag. There is a dumpster available on the property. Guests will also have access to a gas grill and a fire pit. There is no wood stove.For larger groups or families, the property also includes other cabins which can be rented together to accommodate more guests. If interested, guests should inquire with the host upon booking, who will provide further instructions.Due to the winter season, running water has been shut off in three out of the four cabins. The host tries to keep the water running in the bathhouse. This happens near the end of October until the end of April. Guests should inquire with the host about water supply during the off-season.
