The homeowner vacations here occasionally, so one closet is locked off with their things in it, but the rest of the house is set up for hosting. You'll have it all to yourself!

This house is strictly non-smoking and cannot accommodate any animals, as the homeowners have severe pet allergies. Any violation of either of these rules will likely result in extra professional carpet and upholstery cleaning, for which we will of course have to pass the bill along to the offending guest.
