LOCATION: This home is very close to The Lincoln Center, Poudre River Whitewater Park, Fort Collins Discovery Museum, City Park, and Colorado State University. This is a fantastic space for parents visiting kids at CSU, business professionals, and anyone coming in to explore our beautiful city.
FAQ: This home is a 2-unit over/under duplex. Although both spaces are fully private with their own access, please know that it is not sound proof and you may have interactions with the other guests. We ask for all parties to be courteous and respectful along with keeping quiet hours between 10pm-8am. Also, Fort Collins is a "train town" and the train tracks are about 5 blocks away. Some will notice the trains going by and some will not, each bedroom has a ceiling fan to offer white noise if needed.
