QUEEN BEDROOMS
The second floor also features two Queen bedrooms with ultra-soft beds, fresh linens, and spacious private closets, providing ample space for you to unpack and settle in comfortably.
TWIN BEDROOM

Additionally, there is a sparkling clean full bathroom on the second floor for shared use between the bedrooms. Enjoy soaking in the tub after a long day, and the spacious double vanity provides enough space to spread out and get ready in the mornings.
WALK OUT PATIO / BACKYARD
Step out from the main level onto the patio which leads to a large fenced backyard where you'll find a swing set, fire pit, seating area, and even Corn Hole for those evenings in. It's perfect for entertaining, relaxing, and enjoying the outdoors. The home backs to beautiful open space, with a nearby park and walking trails for you to explore.
Guest Access:
The entire main level and upstairs of the house and backyard are yours to enjoy for the duration of your stay! Please feel free to kick back and relax in the private spacious backyard and have some fun in the sun! The basement is rented out separately and has a private entrance.
The Neighborhood:
This house is wonderfully located in the Stetson Hills subdivision so you know you're close to everything off Powers Blvd! Anything you want nearby, and it's probably less than a 10 minute drive!
Getting Around:
Conveniently enjoy walking down the street and you'll find yourself at Stetson Park in less than 5 minutes! Walk if your prefer, but less than a 5 minute drive and you will have easy access to a King Soopers for groceries, Fiesta Jalisco which serves amazing Mexican food, Jasmine Cafe which serves delicious Chinese food, and Golden Flame Wings which might seem like a hidden gem once you've tried it!
