The large deck off the kitchen has a grill and patio table with plenty of deck chairs for outdoor dining. The linen closet is stocked with extra towels and table cloths. The laundry room is located in the walk-out basement along with two newly remodeled bedrooms, a small sitting room and new bathroom. WIFI and cable TV are available. The rock formation at the front of the house is a great climbing spot for kids and grownups alike and is also the perfect setting for family photos. Located mid way between the entrance to Rocky Mountain National Park and downtown Estes Park, we are less than 2 miles from either.
