TRUE Ski-in, Ski-out, right at the base of Peak 8, just below Rocky Mtn Superchair Lift! We like to pop our skis off just as we're stopping, and grab a coffee, drink or snack before heading to the heated pools. There are lockers for your use, or we just use our parked car in the garage (yes, it's actually THAT close!) for storage of our skis and boards. We've owned our beautiful 3bed/4bath Colorado condo since 2018 and LOVE this January week between NYE and MLK - the mountain is empty! Ski school is wide open, the lifts have no lines and there are fantastic runs, bowls and opportunities available with no wait or crowd! It's even worth taking our kids out of school this week to enjoy the stress-free resort!
With approximately 2,200 square feet, the Grand Colorado three-bedroom residences feature king beds in all bedrooms, a large soaking tub in the master bathroom, three queen sleeper sofas, flat-screen TVs, a fully equipped gourmet kitchen, a fireplace, a balcony and a full laundry room with washer/dryer and soaps provided. Every three-bedroom Colorado residence at the Grand Colorado on Peak 8 offers spacious living areas, thoughtfully designed furnishings and lock-off flexibility (so you can close doors in between the residences for additional privacy. Three different locked doors access the hallway as well, so if desired, different residents can have access to private areas of the large apartment!)
