Custom built and award winning mountain home with just about every amenity you could imagine or hope for! This home started out as our first build project. After the house was finished, we loved it SO much we decided to keep it as a second home. We live in Phoenix and it is just a drive away to everything a big city isn't. We come up often and have met so many new friends. Durango is a low key, and easy going town. We initially thought it was just great for winter sports but the summer is a best kept secret. The weather during the summer is warm and sunny with more outdoor choices of things to do than you will have time for in a week. The winter provides one of the best family ski resorts across the street. (Free shuttle to and from the resort.)
