Welcome to Congress Park - one of the most coveted neighborhood of Denver! Located only 30 minutes from the Airport or 15 minutes from the Light Rail at Union Station, you can quickly settle in and enjoy all that Denver has to offer! The open concept living allows you to cook, relax and hang out all in one space. The unit includes a washer and dryer, newer appliances and fast WiFi. Walk to multiple parks (City Park, Congress Park, Cheeseman Park), restaurants/bars and theaters!
The space
Our condo is approximately 900 sq ft and recently renovated while keeping much of the character of the 1915 building. The big and bright windows are original to the building but allow for a lot of sunlight. The master bedroom has a king size bed, while the second bedroom offers a two twin beds.
Please note that since our building was built in 1915 we do not have any central air - we do have a small portable AC unit and ceiling fans to keep the condo nice and cool. Our building runs heating through a boiler system. During the winter as the steam moves through the pipes, there may be an occasional noise.
We do have two dogs that live with us while we are not renting our condo. While we maintain and ensure the upmost cleanliness, it may not be recommended to rent if you have severe allergies to dogs.
