AC is not common for mountain properties at this elevation. Even summer months are often cool with little to no humidity. Floor fans are provided for each of the bedrooms (as well as ceiling fans throughout the house).
Open fires outdoors are strictly prohibited during fire bans (the grill and propane fire table can still be used). The firepit near the pond is code-compliant and can be used only when there is no fire band. Please check Teller County Sherrif's website for current restrictions.
