Summary: This place was perfect for our group but needed a few improvements. The good: -Comfortably sleeps a large group -Comfortable beds -Lots of bathrooms -Plenty of parking -Modern kitchen and nice house -We loved watching all the neighboring farm animals The bad: -we were informed a few days before our stay the water isn’t potable. We are all from Colorado so we loaded up our camping jugs and made it work but I can imagine this could be challenging for someone flying in. This should be mentioned in the listing and/or water dispensers should be provided. -The flys we’re terrible. They were there from the moment we walked in, we made sure to keep windows and doors shut to minimize them but it was hopeless. Given the surrounding area it’s understandable but we would have appreciated some fly tape and fly swatters. -the kitchen was missing some essential items. Specifically a baking sheet and baking dish -there were plenty of duvet covers but we couldn’t find any fitted sheets for the pull out couches. -this place could use a deep clean, specifically the master bathroom shower and the floors throughout the house. My feet were dirty from walking around the house. Overall this place worked for our large group and was close to the wedding we attended so we are happy to have stayed here.
